Launching the Public Development Community of Practice

Center for Public Enterprise is launching a Public Development Community of Practice for PHAs, HFAs, and other local and state housing agencies to develop best practices for public development as a method of growing affordable multifamily housing production.

The working group will meet on a quarterly basis and include practitioners from housing agencies around the country who are developing, implementing, and executing on cutting-edge development models, particularly models that deliver tax credit-free affordable units as a supplement to federally supported production.

For more information on the work members are doing around the country, see the recent New York Times feature article on the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County.

To request to join the working group, please submit an application at publicenterprise.org/pdcop.
